Checked this specific task's server record: it's running app_version 157 (v22) -- the same old build from before the autoreleasepool crash fix we talked about in the other thread, not the current v23. I went through the progress-reporting code and the actual round-counting loop for that build and they use the same units correctly, so I don't think this is simply "fraction_done lying" -- the more likely explanation is that with a large total round count, the last stretch before the real finish only moves the percentage by fractions of a percent at a time, so it can sit displaying a rounded "100%" for a while before the task actually completes for real. GPU still at 100% in SiliconScope is consistent with that -- it's still genuinely computing, not hung/idle.

That said: since this is already the deprecated build, I'd just abort it rather than wait it out -- you won't get anything extra for letting an old build grind to its real end, and you have nothing to lose by grabbing a fresh task on the current version instead. If you see the exact same thing (100% displayed, GPU pegged, no finish) on a NEW task running the current build, that would be a genuinely new bug worth me digging into properly -- let me know the result ID if it happens.
