Added a "Device" dropdown (CPU/GPU) next to the existing Application one on the tasks list -- only shows up when a host/user actually has a mix to filter, same as the Application dropdown already does. Also fixed the actual bug behind your #2: the filter bar was only rendered when the current filter matched at least one task, so picking a combination with zero results left you stuck with no way back except editing the URL by hand.
