Thanks for flagging this, Steve — you were right to notice. I dug into the scheduler logs for your hosts and found the actual cause: Kampylos and Sphinx have very limited work available at any given moment (Kampylos processes one archival event at a time; Sphinx's pool is similarly small), while Potamos has an effectively unlimited backlog. Without any explicit priority between apps, the scheduler was letting Potamos's huge supply fill every work request before it ever got around to offering Kampylos or Sphinx, even though your hosts were fully eligible for both.

I've adjusted the project's internal scheduling priority so Kampylos and Keraunos are now favored over Potamos and Sphinx when they have work available, instead of everything being treated equally. You should start seeing Kampylos and Sphinx tasks now. Keep in mind Kampylos in particular will still never be abundant — it genuinely only has a handful of tasks out at once — but it shouldn't be zero anymore.

Let us know if you're still not seeing anything after a day or so.
